Our American Fyre Designs Contractors Model Fireplace comes as a blank slate for you to customize and design your way by adding your own stone, tile, or other veneer. The Grand Series Fireplaces incorporate wall extension panels to expand upon the body of the fireplace to create many new decorating opportunities while also providing a beautiful separation to the world behind the fireplace.

Each American Fyre Designs fire feature is handcrafted and made to order, tailored to your specifications, in order to produce a unique fire element that will surely be a statement in your backyard - excellent for gathering friends and family for years of enjoyment. Due to the custom nature of this product, please allow the specified lead time for the unit to ship.

American Fyre Designs (AFD) Non-Residential Limited Warranty - At a Glance

  • For Non-Residential Use: This warranty covers AFD products used in commercial settings like hotels, restaurants, fire stations, and police stations.
  • Original Purchaser Only: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid in the United States and Canada. A copy of your sales slip is required for proof of purchase.
  • Warranty Duration:
    • GFRC Fire Features & Burners: 1 year from the date of purchase.
    • Valves, Electrical Components, Accessories, & Controls: 90 days from the date of purchase (excluding batteries, wind guards, and screens).
  • What's Not Covered: This warranty does not cover:
    • Damage caused by burning wood or any fuel other than natural gas or propane.  
    • Damage or discoloration due to high wind conditions.
    • Damage from negligence, misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, electrical damage, gas impurities, or failure to protect against combustibles.
    • Products not installed by a qualified professional or modified without authorization.
    • Non-AFD accessories, parts, or valves.
    • Rust, corrosion, oxidation, or discoloration (unless the part becomes inoperable).
    • Breakage during shipment from the distributor to the customer.
  • What You're Responsible For: You are responsible for all labor charges, labor-related charges, and shipping & handling costs.
  • Warranty Service: Warrantied items will be repaired or replaced at RH Peterson’s discretion. All repairs must be done by a qualified professional. AFD may require the defective product or part to be returned to the factory.  
  • Limitations:
    • This warranty specifically excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Note: Some states/provinces may have different rules regarding these types of damages.
  • How to Make a Claim: Contact the American Fyre Designs dealer where you purchased the product.
