- Commercial or Other Non-Residential Use: 90 days from the date of purchase.
- What You're Responsible For: While Bromic Heating provides the replacement heater or part, you are responsible for all other costs, including:
- Labor charges for removing, reinstalling, or servicing the heater or part.
- Shipping and delivery costs for the new heater or part, and for returning the defective one.
- Any handling, administrative, material, or permit costs related to installation.
- Implied Warranty: Any implied warranties (like merchantability) are limited to one year for residential use. Note: Some states may have different rules regarding implied warranties.
- How to Make a Claim: Contact the dealer or retailer where you purchased the heater, or any authorized Bromic Heating dealer.
