We stand behind the quality of our Bull Outdoor Products. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights and may also grant you additional rights depending on your state or jurisdiction. For full details, you can find this warranty on our website:

This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship and is subject to the exclusions, conditions, and limitations outlined below.

Warranty Coverage:

• Who is Covered: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. It is not transferable and does not apply to subsequent owners.
• Non-Residential Use Exclusion: The warranty does not apply to products installed in rental, commercial, or non-residential applications (e.g., daycares, schools, restaurants, hotels, etc.).
• What is Covered: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for specific product components based on the time periods listed below.

Warranty Periods:

• Grill Warranty:

  • 1 Year Coverage: Lid, control panel, grease tray, bezels, knobs, temperature gauge, valves, regulator, flex tubes, rotisserie burner, transformer, lighting components.
  • 3 Year Coverage: Manifold, handle end caps, flame tamers, heat shields, warming rack.
  • Lifetime Coverage: Insert assembly, grates.
  • Burner Coverage:
    • Cast stainless steel burners - Lifetime
    • Welded stainless steel burners - 5 years
    • Porcelain-coated burners - 3 years
  • Charcoal Grill: 1-year coverage on all parts, except insert assembly, which is covered for 5 years.

• Component Warranty:

  • All parts for components (e.g., grill carts, refrigerators, kegerators, drawers, doors, ice chests, sinks) are covered for 1 year with the following exceptions:
    • Power Burner:
      • Insert/grates - Lifetime
      • Manifold/burner - 3 years
    • Searing Station/Slide-in Double Sideburner:
      • Grates - Lifetime
      • Insert - 5 years
      • Manifold - 3 years
    • Single Sideburner:
      • Grates - 5 years
      • Burner - 3 years
    • Sidekick:
      • Burner - 3 years
    • Pizza Ovens/Islands/Fire Features: 1-year coverage on all parts and construction materials.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Damage from:
  • Transportation
  • Storage
  • Improper installation or use
  • Use of improper fuel or gas supply
  • Failure to follow product instructions or perform preventive maintenance
  • Modifications
  • Normal wear and tear, rust, corrosion, oxidation, or discoloration
  • Accidents, abuse, or events beyond our control
• Shipping & Labor Costs: The warranty does not cover shipping charges for replacement parts or any labor-related charges.

What Options Are Offered Under This Warranty:

• If your product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, replace the product or defective parts free of charge.

Limitation of Liability:

• The remedies provided above are your exclusive remedies and our entire liability. Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the amount you paid for the defective product. We are not responsible for any incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, whether direct or indirect.
• Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
